岗位职责:
1)Organize guest reception and related outreach work.
公司来客接待和相关的外联工作。
2)Responsible for hotel related business.
负责协议酒店相关业务。
3)Statistics of employees' daily stationery requirements, purchase office supplies regularly, and allocate and manage them.
统计员工日常文具需求,定期展开办公用品采购,并进行分配和管理工作。
4) Employee travel visa and related documents.
员工差旅签证及相关证件的办理
5)Support for organize and prepare various large events and conferences of the company, as well as external administrative affairs.
协助组织及筹备公司各类大型活动、大型会议以及对外的各项行政事务
6)Settlement of administrative expenses in office.
办公室各项行政相关费用结算。
7)Abide by the national policy, support the foreign personnel to handle the relevant documents.
遵守国家政策,对境外人员相关证件办理进行协助处理。
8) Responsible for the management of meeting rooms of factory.
负责公司会议室管理工作。
任职要求:
Three tofive years administrative related work experience, strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good sense of service.
3-5年行政类相关工作经验,具有很强的人际沟通、协调能力,有服务意识。
